I reserved a handicap mobility room. They did not have any available even though I paid and reserved for one. They switched me to three different rooms to only put me back to the very first room that didn't have a mobility shower because they could not find a mobility room, even though they were not fully booked all their mobility rooms we're undergoing carpet cleaning in the next week so they were not using those rooms. One rooms air conditioner was so loud like it was about to fall off the wall. They tried putting me in a hearing mobility room instead of a mobility room. And they would not refund even a partial amount of my money. They told me they could refund it all if I go get myself a different hotel.
