"The property needs a major cleaning and repairs. The floors were sticky, and the carpet was dirty. Furniture was dirty and soiled. There was dried food on the utensils. The pipes groaned at all hours, several times an hour. The bed creaked with every movement. Bedroom blinds were broken and wouldn’t close all the way. The bedside lamp on the wall was falling off. "We loved our right-next-to-the-water one night stay in The Nantucket. The sliding doors in both the living room and the bedroom are about 5 feet from the water. We loved watching the sun rise over the bay and having breakfast on the porch. The bed was comfortable - felt like memory foam. My five year old slept on the pull out couch (I would not want to sleep on that, but she was fine!) This place is such a tranquil beautiful waterside bungalow. It would be nicer if it was a tiny bit closer to...

"Everything about this stay was wonderful, Sandy and John were lovely hosts, the grounds and location absolutely beautiful and a "labor of love" clearly. Our pup was totally welcomed and we equally enjoyed being on the property on the screened in porch or outside grilling and visiting the area, neighboring towns and the vineyards. For a family of four this is great, or also a few groups of friends renting the cottages also would be nice. Thank you to Sandy and John and we will look forward to...
