"The caravan park was nice and quiet. It had lovely trees and a clean pool. It is an older park but was very clean and I felt safe there."

"This was a perfect little family friendly site for our family. We stopped as a half way point on our way from NSW to QLD and it had everything we needed. The shops within walking distance, great park facilities and the beach literally on the doorstep. We had an added bonus of a Kangaroo and her joey waiting to say Hello when we arrived. We'd definitely recommend, the only problem was we didn't stay longer."

"Such a restful place to stay. Could watch the changing tides and birdlife all day long. Apart from needing a car to do shopping and go on outings (which we managed to organise thanks to family), there was nothing else we needed."

"Greeted at Reception by a charming lady with a big smile & welcoming manner. Unit was at same standard as a motel room which would come at a noticeably higher price. One not-very-important gripe: car access within the park would benefit from paving of some sort. It must be a messy goat-track in rainy weather."

"A beautiful place that truly lives up to the photos and everything we had hoped for. The surroundings are peaceful, the wildlife is incredible, and there are plenty of kangaroos around the area — often hopping past at dawn and dusk. Do be aware that winter nights get very cold, so it’s essential to bring warm clothing. With that in mind, it’s a wonderful and memorable stay."

"This was such a sweet little spot right on the river. The room we had was perfectly clean, spacious for our whole family and had beautiful views of the river. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night!"

"Good water park and swimmingpool for kids, super confortable beds, spacious and clean cabin, well equipped kitchen, easy and fast check in, 15min from the ferry to Magnetic Island which is very nice for about half a day (enough time to do everything, see koalas, rock wallaby, beach and snorkeling time), would recommend. "Great location. Property needed a bit of TLC with paint scuffs and blinds misaligned. Minor things which didn't detract much from the location, convenience and overall experience. Note that the water view villas have stairs, so not suitable for someone who cannot climb stairs, but really nice otherwise."
