"The staff at check-in were very helpful. I had a late flight the next day and they worked out a good solution for me for a late check-out.
The breakfast buffet is extensive and there is a good pool on the 2nd floor.
Everything worked well and lived up to expectations. I am not happy with rooms with connecting doors but fortunately the connecting room was vacant.
Hotels should inform guests in advance so they can decide as there is ofen a noise problem. "
"Very new and clean with a beautiful view of the water. Damage from the Cyclone was still impacting the pool but that didn't change my view that it is a great place to stay. A little further out from the main area of the Gold Coast which was perfect for us. We were doing the GC Half Marathon and the hotel was 900m from the start line which was awesome"

"My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel instantly at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a lovely mix of comfort and style.
Location-wise, the hotel is in a great spot — close to train station, Restaurant, The Grounds, Supermarket, etc. Yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep.
