"Great place, extremely great value, GREAT host. Extremely great communication, excellent suggestions about the local area and the larger area. Clean, excellent condition! Dan is my first choice for any future stays in Greenville!"

"Very clean and nice property. Pet friendly and on a great large converted mill building with a pool and outdoor covered grills. My only complaint is that I didn't receive clear directions on where to go and it's several really big buildings. Other than that I would highly recommend it and would stay there again."

"Excellent value and host was very responsive!"

"Do not rent this property. The unit and location were fine. However, the stove and oven did not work for my entire stay of 7 days. I reported it to the host the first morning. She said to flip the ele tric breaker to start it. That worked....for 15 minutes before it went off again. Constant reminder to the host got no response. And I wasnt going to keep flipping an ele trical current when it was obvious there was a problem. Nothing else was plugged in and two other kitchen outlets did not work....

The unit is equipped with everything you could need at this home away from home. This was my first visit to Greenville but...

"The the maid was not finished cleaning the room when we got there at 4 o’clock, which is check-in. When we got there, she just left. The floors were not cleaned and the surfaces were not cleaned so I did not feel that the room was sterile or clean. Also, the bed was very wrinkled as if she didn’t use fresh sheets. Also, the TV was broke. We couldn’t get it to work and we tried to contact the whole several times, but they did not have any good solutions. The neighborhood was a lot more of a very...
