"Would not recommend. The staff were rude and short tempered. Didnt explain much. The vending machine was a couple of things u could purchase behind the counter, not an actual vending area. Once you get up half way the second floor the whole area smells awful. Mind you, i did get a smoking room, but still was awful. The wifi is pretty much non existent couldnt connect. The only good thing i will say is there were no bugs. Parking lot was not great. Hair dryer was from the 1800s. Tv was tiny. Bed...

"Kind and helpful staff. We asked to be moved from a ground floor room to a higher level floor (at 10pm) and the staff member did whatever he could to make this happen. It is a small and cute hotel, very close (5 minutes) from Colgate University. "

"Rocky Point #1 is a beautiful property with amazing lake views from the kitchen, the expansive deck, and the convenient dock. The house was well-equipped with kitchen and meal prep items, extra towels, cleaning supplies, kayaks&pfds, outdoor grill, and indoor games. If you want the best lake views and paddling access, this is the spot. "
