Hoteller nær Dyer Memorial Library

"Hotel staff generally don’t feel like they knew what they were doing and didn’t have any internal communication. Had an issue with a shopping bag that was throw out from the room with stuff in it and when we informed the staff the same day when we noticed it they promised to look into it. However everytime we asked about it got told different story from the hotel staff. Once they would refund, once time they said that we were lying. But at the end of check in they basically just told an excuse...

"The hotel is to expensive for its quality Bad and snobbish service Cold No breakfast included No internet included Mice in the restaurant To much air conditioning so to cold The gym and the room was ok"

"Super effiktivt og meget hjælpsomt personale - go placering Gillette Stadium, centrum, outlet og downtown"

"Nice staff in the reception when we checked in."

"Our overall experience at this hotel was great. The location was good. Discounts at nearby restaurants were available. The front desk staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The pool was on the smaller size but honestly it was big enough to enjoy. The free breakfast was one the best ones I’ve ever had at hotels. The only thing was that the bathroom door was big and clunky. It was hard to slide close and open. But no complaints."

"Nice"

"God oplevelse. Meget fin og imødekommende indtjekning"

"I believe this is my third day at this location. Lovely staff very clean rooms very pleasant environment. Plenty of parking walking distance to most shopping the gym restaurants takeout you name it."

"Friendly staff, clean room, super comfortable bed, walking distance to the music venue"

"Very pleasant and helpfull people at the reception. A little bit dark room. No cleaning of the room at our 3 day stay. Perfect surroundings and very cozy."

"Nice clean hotel..friendly staff with great breakfast "
