"Wonderful house! Enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for our weekend trip to help our daughter move to different townhouse at Tarleton. Will definitely book again. The backyard was perfect after a long day of moving. And the snacks were much appreciated after our journey! Thank you!"

"Everything was great. Facility was clean and ready when we arrived. Will use again when back in town. "

"Everything was lovely in this well kept house. Neighbors were quiet. The big 1913 brick home across the street. Magnificent to look at. Lida’s 1 block was nice food. I really loved the curtains. Art on the wall in the form of a curtain. The old wooden floors are so awesome to walk barefoot on but the area rugs were too. Beds were comfy. Ceiling fans and personal tv’s. I love how you kept the old and updated to modern bathrooms. Thank you for the lovely stay. I would like to stay here again....

"Wonderful property. Very nice home and host."

"Great house for out visit to Stephenville."

"The house was clean. Beds were comphy. Loved that all bedrooms had easy access tv’s and fans. The outside yard overall in appearance could be spiffed up a bit. Overall. It was fine. Neighborhood was quiet on a Sunday night. "

"A comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, had everything we needed for our stay. Great location! Close to downtown and loop shops and restaurants without the traffic and noise, Tarleton College is also nearby.Delaney is a wonderful host. Very responsive to my questions. Easy check in and check out process too. We’ve stayed here before and when we come back to Stephenville, we will stay here again if it’s available."

"This property is perfectly located close to downtown. We had a great time riding our bikes to dinner, to the city park, and all along the Bosque River trail. The house was cute and perfectly appointed too!"

"Great Property, nice decor, comfortable space."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Hamilton, Texas VRBO! Our hostess went above and beyond, recommending a great local restaurant and graciously picking up our dinner for us. The house itself is delightful, comfortable, and has a fantastic retro vibe. We especially loved spending our evenings in the backyard under the beautiful oak trees, watching the cattle graze peacefully in the pasture nearby. It was a perfectly relaxing getaway, and we are so incredibly grateful for the amazing hospitality,...

"The whole place was amazing, it was a cozy weekend get away. The view from the porch was one of the best I’d seen in a while. The sunset and the stars were amazing"
