One night at Meydan
We stayed here for only one night 2 adults and 2 children below 5 years old , we got a great room at 9th floor , very polite check in , breakfast was fine nothing extra ordinary.
For the price we payed it was a fine stay

Super hotel, med fantastisk udsigt til en af verdens bedste Galop baner.
Kun 10 minutter til Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa, 20 minutter til Lufthavn.
Dejlige restauranter, top service af ansatte.
Eneste minus er, der er INGEN shopping i nærhede, hotellet ligger et stykke ude i ørken.

As a five star hotel you think they have all the aminities but they only had a swimming pool but no steam room or sauna. Their gym was very small. It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel.

My visit was just perfect in all aspects other than the hotel requires some internal upgrades and preventive maintenance. As the toilet requires immediate actions to fix the ongoing odor problem that has in it (Room # 929)

Hôtel beaucoup trop chère pour ce que c'est.
La qualité du buffet et diner et les options de restauration inexistantes ne sont pas du tout a la hauteur d'un 5 etoiles.
Piscine minuscule pour un hôtel aussi grand.
On a eu droit a des préparatifs d'un événement qui a conduit de la musique très forte pour les essais jusqu'à 22h30. Il a fallu que les residents de l'hôtel se plaignent pour que la musique cesse.
Chambre belle mais manquant cruellement de prises électriques, machine nespresso HS...
Quand on paie le prix demandé par cet hôtel, on s'attend à beaucoup beaucoup mieux.

First time back in 3 years and delighted to see some friendly faces staff wise who recognised us. I know it’s due a welcomed renovation between April and November but the people from conciege to breakfast at Farriars and the Pool area to Paddock View Restaurant are the heart beat. Specially like to recognise Prasanna efforts and service in both the latter mentioned areas. Breakfast team are brilliant too. Nothing is too much to ask. Can’t wait to see the new place in 2024

Marivic and Bed were the best house keeping staff for room 416 during my stay , I have been through thousands of properties
This by far was the best house keeping service I received , was treated like royalties. & the rest of the staff were excellent , felt like living in Bukingham palace.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel, big rooms, helpful staff, nice view.
The sliding door for refrigerator room can’t be closed which keeps the light running all the time and disturbing my sleep. The breakfast was good but could be improved with more choices. Bed is not that comfortable as 5 star hotel.

A very unsafe environment. The glass elevator broke down and the panic button did not work. Eventually after about 25 min of us screaming to get staff attention a guy came over and shrugged at us. After about 15 more minutes he grabbed his colleague who was also unsuccessful in getting us out of the elevator. Meanwhile the elevator was shifting between floors abruptly. Eventually my partner pried the doors open with his hands and we had to jump out. There was no apology from staff or check in with us done after. Furthermore we felt uneasy and uncomfortable during our stay here as the hotel staff treated us with hostility and in an unpleasant manner during the stay especially by the head waitstaff at breakfast. He would harass us and encourage us to leave breakfast as soon as we had finished our last bite. When we mentioned to the front desk our dissatisfaction with our stay and how we felt unsafe they brushed us off with offering us a free upgrade during our next stay with them, even though we expressly told them we did not wish to return due to our numerous safety concerns.
