Fantastisk ophold
Rigtig godt ophold med halvpension og med 7 gode restauranter på hotellet fortrød vi ikke det valg. Hotellet burde dog være bedre til at fjerne håndklæder på de liggestole ved poolen der ligger i flere timer uden at blive benyttet.

Støjende og dyrt
Overordnet set et ok hotel. Lækker strand og faciliteter hertil. Vi havde udfordringer med det værelse, som vi fik. Højtaleren fra badeværelset brummede og personalet lovede gang på gang at få det fixet, hvilket de ikke gjorde. Vi fik efterfølgende et nyt værelse, hvor højtaleren igen drillede morgenen efter. Her fik personalet langt om længe gjort noget ved problemet. Det var en irriterende oplevelse, da det ødelagde vores nattesøvn og til prisen er det slet ikke det værd. Vi valgte hotellet længst væk ved palmen, da vi gerne ville have ro og slappe af. Det kunne man ikke rigtig, da der er bebyggelse lige ved siden af hotellet så fra morgen til aften kan du hører lastbiler bakke, vejarbejde og konstruktionsstøj.

Fare for forbrænding!
Vandet i brusebadet var alt for varmt. Selv på max koldt var vandet over 45 grader. Dvs man skulle tage lynbad inden vandet blev varmt for at undgå at blive forbrændt! De prøvede forgæves at ordne det. Ærgeligt. Resten var godt. Men vi kunne ikke gå i brusebad under hele vores ophold.

Fantastisk skønt resort. Kan kun anbefales. Eneste men er, at det måske er i overkanten at kalde et værelse på 1. sal for et værelse med havudsigt, når der er meterhøje palmer ude foran, men alt i alt en bagatel på et rigtig dejligt hotel.

Loved the hotel and the spacious two bedroom apartment we booked for us and our daughter. If you are looking for a cozier, less over the top alternative to something like Atlantis the Palm, Sofitel the Palm is great! The staff was professional and very friendly, and we will definitely come back.

The hotel was beautiful, the interior, exterior, pool area and views. The staff were friendly and always willing to help you. The food was excellent. Our only criticism with half board is that it was very disappointing to not be given at least a bottle of water with our meal and be expected to pay £8 for a bottle, especially as water was delivered freely to your room every day. We visited all the restaurants and the food was of a high standard. However, we were disappointed that the steak restaurant options available to half board customers did not include any steaks. On the whole we had a fantastic holiday here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a palm view room, the view every morning was so peaceful and stunning. Staff throughout this hotel are very welcoming, friendly and polite. There were always plenty of sun loungers and the restaurant options are amazing. Couldn’t fault anything about our trip!

I was not looking forward to this trip because I thought it would be Vegas on steroids. I loved it! Hotel was great although they gave us a nice upgrade. Loved Laguna on the property for drinks at night. Very helpful organizing day trips, go to global village (overwhelming), miracle garden, desert safari, Pierchic for dinner, took helicopter tour from nearby Atlantis.

Amazing hotel! The room was beautiful with amazing bathroom. The service was incredible and they went out of their way to show you around the hotel and the facilities. The restaurants and bars were fantastic and the private beach was great. So much better than other hotels on the Palm!

Wonderful hotel with many fun pools and restaurants. Our place, a 1 bedroom, was perfect which included a washer/dryer. (Sofa bed was hard as a rock, but that's OK.)

Der Service in diesem Hotel ist herausragend. Wir wurden überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Unsere Suite (wir hatten das Riesenglück eines Upgrades) war unglaublich mit Blick aufs Meer. In allen Restaurants war das Essen hervorragend. Der Pool angenehme 29 Grad. The Service was exceptional. The food was in all Restaurants excellent. Many thanks to Subash for his special service and help.

Es war der zweit Aufenthalt im Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa, auch diesemal sehr schön, ich denke das ich auch noch ein drittes mal vorbei schaue. Negativ zu erwähnen sind die unglaublichen Preise für ein Bier oder einen Rosè. Besonnders zu erwähnen sind die Mitarbeiter aus dem PorterHous, Yogi, aus dem Restaurant Manava, Kuldeep, aus der Lobby, Salman und an der Tür Samuel. Vielen Dank.

Ottima struttura alberghiera per chi oltre a viditare Dubai, gradisce isolarsi in una piccola oasi di pace connpiscina e spiaggia privata. Per i trasporti, qualche piccolo costo in piu del taxi per raggiungere la stazione metro fi internet city. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Our stay at the Sofitel Hotel was wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious and the accommodation itself, with all its facilities, was just perfect.
