Servicen på dette hotel, er uden tvivl det bedste vi nogensinde har oplevet. Fra døren bliver åbnet, til modtagelsen i receptionen og til håndklædet bliver udleveret ved poolen - alt er perfekt.

Front desk and bellhop service were excellent. Bed was comfortable and breakfast quality was good but I have stayed in other Shangri La with wider variety of food choices.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the property. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Excellent location, but the road in front of the hotel is often congested. The property is not new but perfectly maintained and is impeccably clean. Perfect for business stay, also nice for leisure. The key selling point however is the staff. With all capitals: THE STAFF. I have never had such an experience with any staff in any hotel before. From the concierge to the Horizon Club team, everybody provides the highest quality of attention. I am celiac and in need of special diet, and I have never ever been treated with so much attention in any hotel. Shangri La will be my brand to go from now, thank you very much for the fantastic hospitality and experience.

safe, clean, and beautiful we stayed for 4 nights and we had the breakfast package which was well worth it, food was delicious and it was conveniently located near to the metro station. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was welcoming and multilingual which was nice.

The hotel overall was very good, staffs were lovely. However, we booked our hotel for 3 person stay but they offered us 2 person double bed room. They offered us portable small bed for another person but our room was small that due to extra bed there was not enough space so we asked them to take out the bed. So three person had to share the bed together in double bedroom which was not very convenient. Otherwise everything was good. Thank you.

立地は最高です。 周辺のレストラン、薬局はほぼ24時間営業でした。 ドアマンの方もとても愛想がよく、素敵でした。 ミニバーがありませんが利用しませんでした。水がフリーなのか迷ったので一言そえてあると良いと思いました。 お風呂は洗う場所と浸かれる所が別になっており、安心してつかることができました。 流石の高級感でした。

only stayed 3 nights.not far from airport .not convenient to a train station or a shuttle to malls .We got an upgrade room for a price .Staff were amazing helpful ,friendly .Room was a bit dated but didn’t worry us .Very clean & amazing room staff. Highly recommend for a short stay.

I like staff attitude to making sure we were always ok and ready to help when there was a need. I would like to extend my special thank you to the staff especially these people who made our stay extra nice. Binoy, Yan, Ahmed, Mohamed the door man, chef that prepares the omelette, Sarath. Nazifa , Khadarahm. There was another staff who served Arabian coffee at the foyer ( entrance) who was also very nice always smiling and making sure we were welcomed with a nice cup. I would definitely use your hospitality any time.

Excelente ubicación. Un hotel con una vista increíble. No tienes que que pagar una entrada al cload 22. Si te quedas y compras la opción vip tienes acceso a una piscina en el piso 42 que es exclusiva y tiene una vista increíble hacia el Burj Khalifa

Was here for my birthday and they made it special! The staff was amazing, and the waiters at Icandy Bar, the late night crew was AMAZING! They made our stay that much more perfect!

We liked the Club room and the related benefits. The club lounge at this location was not as big as others and the menu offering was smaller. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is fairly close to the metro but there isn’t a lot in the immediate area.
