It was a really good hotel,the service was great but the location was not so good but its near the airport but I would appreciate if they would add a balcony to the room and this is a great place for visitors and the food is free and good and I advice if anyone is on a budget come to the hotel.

Ophold i Sharjah
Jeg havde forventet lidt mere af et Novotel. Der var en restaurant der kun serverede buffet om aften. Morgen var lidt under standarden, der kunne man tilbyde at man kunne bestille omelet ect. Desuden skal man huske de må ikke servere alkohol i dette område.

Ikke fire stjerner værdigt.
Det var støj fra vejen. Det blev dog overdøvet af ac’en, der larmede endnu mere. Der var pletter på sofaen og inventaret var generelt slidt. Fra poolen var der udsigt til et højhusbyggeri, der var i gang. Jeg synes ikke hotellet burde have mere end tre stjerner. Det var dog billigt, men der var også langt til byen.

I ended up paying extra for the upgrade and extra for the bed so my toddler can sleep. The lady at reception didn’t acknowledge my Expedia status and asked me to pay extra!

So far from Dubai. Taxis will charge you more for been located at this area. So far from attractions. It’s cheap.

Für Meetings und Business perfekt nah am Airport Parkmöglichkeiten super. Für einen Urlaub nicht zu empfehlen und schon gar nicht zur Ramada Zeit sehr wenig auf unsauber. Hotel selber hat zum Glück einen kleinen Pool wenn der nicht wäre würde man hier eingehen wie eine Primel. keine Möglichkeit, gemütlich zu sitzen außer am Pool der gegen 21:00 Uhr schließt nicht für Familien Urlaub zu empfehlen. Was sehr unangenehm ist, ist auch, dass man sofort seine Speisen und Getränke auch ein Restaurant Besuch sofort bezahlen muss und nicht aufs Zimmer schreiben kann. heißt, ich muss meine Karte immer dabei haben.

this are arguably the rudest, most uncaring hotel staff i have ever encountered and i have stayed in hundreds of hotels globally! no recognition of VIP status, room doesn't get cleaned, rude staff .... i will never go back...

The property was very nice and clean. The room service and dining area was great. Many options on the room service menu. It was very affordable but it's not considered to be in Dubai City. It is located in city of Sharjah. The staff was helpful and respectful. The staff again were very good to us. I would stay at Novotel Expo Center Sharjah again.

Séjour très agréable, et personels sympathiques. 2 questions importantes, la première : il n'y a pas de quoi faire un café ou un thé dans la chambre. Et la 2ème : pour le petit-déjeuner on propose un buffet à volonté avec des plats cuisinés et aucune formule d'un petit-déjeuner simple : cafés ou thé un pain du beurre.

Great hotel in Sharjah
This is a nice hotel next to Sharjah Expo. I stayed there for the night to attend an event . The staff and friendly , professional and super helpful. I would like to thank Ahlam, Allen and Jospeh from the restaurant and Majdi from front desk desk for all their care and hospitality

Service très médiocre a fuir cette hôtel aucune compréhension, services bagages absent j’ai dû me débrouiller toute seul , l’arrivée comme le départ , j’ai réservé du 15 au 29 août avec annulation j’usqu’au 17 j’ai demander l’annulation le 16 , j’ai eu la réponse 3 jours avan mon départ , je déconseille fortement . hôtel 4 étoiles , je pense qu’il mérite 2 étoiles . Avec leur cartes qui marche une fois sur deux , A chaque fois obliger de descendre demander l’activation de la carte pour rentrer dans la chambre , ohh mon dieu une très mauvaise expérience .

Terrible place. Incredibly dirty and old and when I asked to get a cleaner they refused 3 times before sending someone up who only came with a spray bottle and planned to clean by spraying water from the bottle and wiping surfaces from his hand. They also refused to check me in on time and were extremely rude

Nice hotel but too far from the city center
The hotel is western and high standard but it is far from the city center and all the main sights especially when you consider the traffic. It took us more than 1 hour with taxi. Most of the time traffic does not move and there are no alternatives seen as the hotel is far from bus and metro. Next time I will chose a hotel situated between DXB and the Dubai mall. The staff was very friendly and everything was as it should be. The pool was very little however you can walk to the beach in 5 min. if you want to swim.
