Super hotel!
We had 2 nights in Dubai and can highly recommend to stay at this hotel. It is very close to the airport but no noise. Nice big rooms and a great pool area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really good value for the money.

Great service and food, bad room
The good: Very nice pool Great entertainment in the evening Execllent service from the staff Fantastic food in the restaurant Shuttlebus service was right on time and had a great driver. The bad: Room was old, bathroom not "deluxe" in any way, and not like the pictures on the booking page. (We are not disabled in any way). We tried to switch room, but was told that it was what we paid for. (Deluxe Room with One King Bed) Aircondition could only run at full speed (noisy). Pool bar prices to high compared to their bars and restaurants 50 meters away.

Kan sagtens anbefales :-)
Hyggeligt hotelområde, flinkt personale og fine værelser :-) Morgenmaden var dog knap så spændende og vinduerne måtte ikke åbnes. Alt i alt kan det dog klart anbefales :-)

Great airport hotel
Friendly staff, clean room and nice hotel in general. Arrived early but was given a room at once. Really good Italian restaurant.

Everything was mostly good. I was disappointed with the'upgrade room" as it was facing a building and didn't have a large queen bed but 2 small beds which was uncomfortable,I didn't feel any upgrade but more downgrade? The carpet in the room was dirty ,my slippers were black walking on them and very worn and needs replacing. Many TV stations were not working on the TV. On the positive the staff very friendly.The pool was beautiful and the airport transfer was very fast and efficient and the driver was very kind. The breakfast was very nice and the restaurant staff were very friendly.

空港に近く、高級感のあるホテルです。隣接して居酒屋があるのも良いと思います。日本人の方が運営しておられるようで、味付けが良い美味しい日本食をほぼ何でも食べられます。

Rooms are clean, cold and sound proof. That's very comforting after a long flight and a short transit stay. Breakfast spread was really good and staff are ever ready to serve. The airport pickup and drop off was fantastic. FREE and friendly. Very good stay, although short. Will certainly return to this Hotel in the future.

My VIP benefits were not recognized and I had to clarify this at check in after it was denied.VIP Discounts had to be requested continuously even to get the free upgrade. Was embarrassing and annoying.

It was a great place to stay close to the airport as I was flying in and out for a day and it was located conveniently close to the airport. The rooms are a little old and honestly need renovation.
