All different starts at arrival. Checkin like it should be in that kind of hotel, upgrade to fantastic room with view to the fountain. Very professional and helpfull staff. Always smiling. Delicious breakfast, great service. Shortcut to Dubai mall.

Fantastic hotel. Can highly recommend it, however check in took ages. When checking out asked for a cab where we could pay with credit card. We got a regular taxi resulting in that we had to look for an ATM in the airport to withdraw money. Overall experience is great.

Armani - fountain view suite
Fuld service fra det øjeblik vi ankom, til vi tjekkede ud. Vi havde booket en fountain view suite, og vi blev absolut ikke skuffede. Morgenmaden er helt fantastisk, man vil kunne spise morgenmad i flere uger, og stadig ikke være nået igennem alle valgmulighederne. Personalet er meget imødekommende, og de sørgede for, at vi fik et bord på Atmosphere dagen efter, vi var ankommet.

Et mix af en oplevelse... ALT for dyrt!
Vi blev placeret nede på 5. sal, hvilket var lidt af en turnm off, taget i betragtning at værelset var opgraderet til et 70 m2 og prisen var rigtig dyr, set i forhold itl alle andre hoteller. Jeg synes at hotellet var super lækkert, god service, men at blive placeret så langt nede, var et kæmpe minus for oplevelsen på det ellers så eksklusive hotel. Alt blev faktureret oveni - man havde ingen fordele ved at bo på dette hotel, i form af at komme op i tårnet eller andet. Så umiddelbart er det kun hvis man vil prøve et Armani hotel af, og betale en meget dyr pris for det, at man skal bo der. Ellers er der masser af alternativer. Derudover var badet tilstoppet så hele værelset blev oversvømmet. Mit tøj der lå i et skab, blev plettet go ødelagt, grundet der lå noget klistret stads derinde. Man prøvede ikke engang at gøre noget for at rette op på dette, trods det blev nævnt 2 gange nede i receptionen. Men så har man prøvet hotellet - og kommer nok ikke til at booke ind igen på dette hotel...

良かった点 ・とても広くて清潔だった。 ・トラブルが起きても、マネージャーさんが誠実に柔軟に対応してくれて、とても嬉しかった。 ・ご飯は現地の料理が味わえるコーナーや、アイスやドーナツなどのデザートもあり、幅広く楽しめた。 ・ドバイファウンテンを、プライベートな空間で何回も一望することができた。窓ガラスさえなければ、ここ以上の場所はないと感じた。 少し困ったこと。 ・違うホテルからアルマーニホテルに向かったが、タクシーが入れないらしく、ドバイモールの中を歩き回ることになった。素直にフロントに電話をし、迎えに来てもらうのが1番早くて良いと思う。 ・iPadの操作で電気の明るさを確認できるが、 慣れるまでに少し時間がかかった。 ・カバンがなかなかこなくて、外に出られないことがあった。その後の対応は１つ１つが本当に素晴らしく、新しいホテルに来たみたいだった。 困ることはあったものの、ここに泊まることができて本当に良かったです。
