The apartment has been classified as four-star by the DTV. The owner herself lives in the house and is happy to assist with any queries. The house was built in the 1930s in a classical style and was fully renovated in 1999 and again in 2009.
Your apartment comprises a living room, two bedrooms each with two single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious wardrobe. Bed linen is included in the price. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room, so that five people can be accommodated. The built-in kitchen has a four-ring hob and oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer, extractor fan, crockery and plenty of cooking utensils. A vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and tea towels are provided. The bathroom has towels, a hairdryer, bath, WC, washing machine and towel stand. Evening entertainment is provided by the satellite LCD TV, a Bluray player, a radio, books and a collection of games. There is central heating with a radiator in each room, except the hallway. A child’s travel bed and a highchair can be provided on request.
The outdoor area comprises a bicycle stand, an enclosed little garden with garden furniture, a garden pond with a stream. There is a car parking space on site, for use on agreement with the owner. You can also always find a space near the front of the house on the street.
It is a non-smoking apartment in a non-smoking house!
