"This spot was incredible. The interior was very well put together with amazing decor. The large kitchen island was great for entertaining. The location was great, easy walk to Duval street and all of the festivities, yet far enough away that it’s quiet at night. I loved the local grocery store Fausto’s across the street which made it easy to stock up a sandwiches, drinks, snacks, etc. The pool was very well maintained. I’d highly recommend staying at this rental!"

No car parking at the unit but a very easy walk to parking lot. 40 parking per night. No private sitting area outside except for front porch. Street noise and late night pedestrians approx 15' from porch can be noisy but the bedrooms were in the back of the unit and kept noise to minimum.
