"The rooms were spacious and clean. The workers were very helpful with answering any questions I had. Breakfast was great with many different options. Location was perfectly central to all the major Almaty touristy spots. One thing I want to address is there’s a club next to the hotel that plays music til 4am and you can hear it if you’re on that side of the building so request to be on the park side to avoid the sound. Overall, great hotel"

"Nice staff in reception especial when checking out the 29of March. Over all good hotel with spa pools and good location. "

"Nice hotel. Stayed there 6 nights. Comfortable "

"Hotel med super beliggenhed - meget centralt beliggende. Smilende og serviceminded personale. Smidighed ved tjek ind. Mulighed for tidlig tjek ind. Velfungerende Wi-Fi God breakfast."

"Great and well kept hotel in the center of Almaty. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy and clean rooms. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty. Will definitely choose this hotel again!"
