"The breakfast itself is good, but the whole experience surrounding it is chaotic and well below the standard you should be able to expect from a hotel. Guests are herded into the breakfast area in a very impersonal manner, almost like being at a school canteen. It is extremely noisy and hectic, and the staff working around the breakfast area are neither particularly friendly nor welcoming. You get the feeling that you are simply part of a crowd that needs to be processed as quickly as possible, rather than a paying hotel guest. On top of this, the waiting time for the elevators around breakfast time is completely unacceptable. It adds even more frustration and makes for a stressful start to the day. The food itself is perfectly good, but the organisation, service and logistics surrounding breakfast are simply not good enough. The hotel really needs to address this."

"Well located and decently priced hotel. The rooms are small, sure, but perfectly fine for relaxing. Only thing I was missing was a mini fridge haha."

"Worn down and tired. The rooms have not been kept up to date, and the A/C was miserable at best. Overall, the hotel feels more like a 3- or 4-star property. That said, the Central Park view is unbeatable from rooms on floors 15–18 and above. Breakfast is spot on, with an excellent selection and an amazing open-air view of Central Park, weather permitting."

"This hotel is so big the staff can't really follow. There are too many people for the small crew, and they're not friendly at all. Neither the staff at the front desk, the restaurant/cafe or anything. All of them are not friendly. The room is OLD and dark, but the facilities are ok. The shower was super old too. I won't stay here again."
