"What a little gem amongst all of the touristy hotels. Very relaxing stay and the fire pit was a winner while stargazing!"

"I would stay again but good to know for others it's very rustic. Lots of cracks and stained ceilings but goes along with such a historic building. Shower was a bathtub but new tile and bed was nice, enough towels and pillows etc.Room was right off the shared balcony which could use some TLC but a fabulous view made up for coffee in the morning which is supplied and perfect to watch the stars. Close 5 minute drive to Cottonwood. "

"This was a great stay. We were there for 3 nights and loved every bit of it. The bed was comfortable, it all had all the accommodations we could have needed, the host was very responsive and friendly the 2 times I did reach out to her (not about anything wrong), the outdoor seating area with soaking tub was so nice and the tub was very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed being here and definitely look forward to staying again if I return to the area. "

"Marcy and Kevin are amazing hosts. They gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do that were dog friendly! The place was beautifully decorated and cozy. There wasn’t an amenity that they didn’t think of from a coffee corner to a pillow bar. They were so friendly and responsive for any questions we had. We will definitely be back on our next Sedona adventure! "

"Adorable studio with an amazing view!! Great location and close to everything. The kitchen had one induction burner plus a toaster oven, microwave, toaster, and two different coffee pots. The bed was comfortable. The room also had a dining table with two chairs and two other sitting chairs. The patio was lovely and had a retractable awning. The bathroom was down a short hall which allowed separation from the sleeping/sitting area. The walk-in closet was great for storing suitcases and clothes....

"We’ve stayed in many rental properties over the years, and have never been in one so thoughtfully provisioned. It was as though Tracy and Lauren walked through with a mind for “what could they ever possibly need.” They were gracious hosts, responsive and helpful when we left our computer cord behind. The casita is tucked away in a lovely residential neighborhood to provide the quiet relaxation missing in downtown Sedona, but only a short drive from the trailhead shuttle. Very highly recommend."

"This property is in a very nice quiet residential neighborhood. It is easy to get to popular hiking trails such as devils. Bridge and airport mesa without dealing with the traffic in Sedona. It is clean has everything 2 people would need and very comfortable. I appreciate not being in all the touristy hustle of Sedona proper but close enough to get to when we desired. "

"Good quiet location which allows walking to close trails and short drives to restaurants. The room stays cool and dark when the weather is hot. The walk to the outside entrance is well-lit and safe. The owner is very responsive, and the written instructions are clear and sufficient."
