"Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. It has access to the Lake, hiking trails and an amazing local guide who can assist you with every aspect of your trip from transportation to ideas on things to do.The living space is very comfortable and rustic. Waking up to that view every morning and watching and listening to a thunderstorm on one of the nights during my stay was so relaxing.
