One block away from the famous church and Mayan market. "Hotel Boutique Casa Morasan is a delightful colonial style home converted to a wonderful hotel. The staff was highly responsive and engaging. The room represents a traditional Guatemalan style with charming accents that reflect the heritage of the family, the building, and the city. the room features are updated and well kept while still reflecting historic authenticity(light switches). This is not your roadside corporate hotel, thank goodness.

"Visitors must be aware of the steep, difficult climb from the main road. Fit folx in their 20s and 30s won't be too fussed, but we're pretty fit for our 50s and it was a real effort. Handrails leading up to the yurts would make an excellent safety addition.
We stayed in the top yurt (#4) and the views are tremendous and worth the big climb. We requested breakfast delivery in the am and it arrived on time! Delicious.

"We arrived early evening, but spend a long time finding the hotel, as there are no sign at all, the marker for the hotel is wrong on google maps and they have no address. We had to drive around in the rain for almost an hour asking locals where to find the hotel.
