"Stayed at the property for memorial day weekend, was a cozy little place and quiet. The neighborhood was pleasant and many dining options and close to downtown Arlington. Does not have central air but a window unit in the bedroom and a portable unit in the living room, the bedroom was very cold and the living room was ok but not bad either. Had two little Yorkies with me and they enjoyed the walkie walks in the neighborhood! Would definitely stay again in the future. "

"I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious this place was when I walked in! There were four of us, and the extra air mattress fit perfectly without making the living space feel cramped. The location was fantastic — right between Magnolia Avenue’s best spots and the Near Southside action on Main Street. We rented bikes at St. Louis and Magnolia and easily got around town. The property manager, Andrew, was super responsive and helpful. The place was clean and even had thoughtful extras like razors...

"We booked this property in Arlington to see a Dallas football game. The neighborhood was very quiet. The owners have done a really nice job in decorating this home and supplied nice toiletries, coffee, tea and bedding. Their love for their VRBO shows in the provided extras. We took an Uber to the game and walked back which was a little over a mile. A great stay! "
