"Very clean and well kept property. We were wanting a get away close to downtown Ft Worth and that’s exactly what we got. It was rainy, so had to drive in a park, but in sunny weather downtown, Sundance is easily walkable. Host was nice and communicative, process was easy with good directions. We would stay again."

"This place is not maintained at all, luxurious it is not! All the security gates are left open, smoke alarms are ripped out of the ceiling, there are stains on the couches, a missing toilet paper holder in one bathroom, slime and pubic hair on the floor of the other bathroom. We arrived and per instruction, were told to go to the 1st garage where we would put a code into the lock box and get a key fob that would allow us access to the doors into the buildings. After about 7 tries and a message to a CSR we had been given the wrong code. We finally opened the box and no key fob, so no amentities. "Very clean place. Host responded right away when having trouble. Location is in a great place, especially with top golf next door! Elevator was broke so we did have to carry luggage up the stairs. Great outdoor area! "

"Nice complex and layout, but basics didn’t match the costWe stayed four nights. The complex is attractive, with a gym and pool, and the 2-bed/2-bath layout worked well. In-unit laundry and a reasonably stocked kitchen were definite pluses.
