"We rented this house to have a birthday party for our 14 year old daughter. The house was perfect! There was plenty of room for the kids to stay entertained in the garage area, and the bunk room slept all 8 of them perfectly. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. We had everything we needed. It was very cold outside when we stayed, but the garage and house were well-heated. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay again. "

"The house was cozy and warm and has potential. Parking was good except the abandoned car in the driveway. Water pressure was terrible especially in the bathroom. "Property located in cul-de-sac. All duplexes that appeared to be unkept govt. subsidized housing. Duplex next to property gas windows boarded. Attached duplex had numerous vehicles in yard with older boy laying across the car. Step up to porch approx 16" off ground with no handrail. Home had uneven floors. Freezer with approx 4" frost. Called host, called VRBO letting them know we were not staying. No resolution has been made. Host refuses any contact concerning reimbursement, partial or full....
