"We typically stay in Ferdinand every year for a family reunion. We weren't able to stay at our normal place this year and found this on a whim. It was absolutely perfect. My mother was with us and I had a recent knee injury. Everything was easy in and out, the layout was also convenient. It is certainly in an area that we call God's Country, but the STARS you see at night are worth it! Amazing. The cozy porch was perfect for star gazing or morning coffee. We had a fawn and a hummingbird join us...

Jodey was very responsive and extremely helpful in making our stay very enjoyable. We would highly recommend a stay here, and we hope to return for a Christmas visit to Santa Claus."

"Very good communication from owner. Super easy check in! Great location for downtown if you like walking to Penny Lane Coffee house for great coffee & breakfast/lunch. Several restaurants within 1 block to walk. Biking walking greenway within 3-4 blocks , no need to drive at all! Even a small grocery within walking distance. Condo has all you need provided: garbage bags, dish soap & detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, cooking utensils. Well lit bright newer building condo with garage to park...

"Everthing was great! Very clean and spacious. We had all we needed. Only suggestion would be to make sure yard is mowed. We had our pet and fence had a hole in it out back and grass was really tall. We could not let her out back to run around. Had to keep her on leash. Everything else was perfect! Thanks!!"
