Attached duplex had numerous vehicles in yard with older boy laying across the car. Step up to porch approx 16" off ground with no handrail. Home had uneven floors. Freezer with approx 4" frost. Called host, called VRBO letting them know we were not staying. No resolution has been made. Host refuses any contact concerning reimbursement, partial or full....
