"We had a great stay at Randy’s house. It was just as listed, clean and in a good location. Randy met us at the house and gave us a small tour and run down of how things worked- wonderful host. Our stay was short but if we had more time the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the hot tub looked like it would have been nice to use. "

The home seems recently remodeled and was clean and had extras of everything you may need, it even had a blow up mattress. The bedroom with a twin bed would be better served with a double, but the air mattress made up for that. "The house very warm and inviting. It's well stocked, comfortable beds. Our grandsons played basketball, there is Corn Hole, games. We sat outside in the morning under the fan. It's decorated very cute too. We had everything we needed. The host, Laura, checked in with us a couple of times over our 3 days there. We would stay there again. Highly recommend this house!"

"Three ladies getting away for a long weekend found a perfect oasis. This is a beautiful, quiet, property with a large private backyard. Perfect to enjoy time outside with the fire pit, yard games, a cook out. This place looks exactly like the pictures, everything is spotless and looks new. We had no problems getting checked in or out and our host was promptly available to message. We all enjoyed the beds and having our own rooms was so nice to relax. "Our stay was great! The host was very prompt to respond. He made two deliveries with items we thought were there. Beds were comfortable! We had a rehearsal dinner in the barn area with approximately 50 people. Plenty of seating and parking. It was a perfect location for a nearby wedding."

"This was our 2nd time staying at the Cozy Bungalow. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything (dishes, utensils, pots, pans, appliances, etc.) you need to cook a full meal. Beds are comfortable and clean. Nice neighborhood, great for taking walks. We will stay again on our next trip to Evansville!"
