"This is our home away from home when we visit family in Jasper. We've been staying there 10 years. It's a solid hotel for the price. It has had some updates, but could stand a few more. It's clean, safe, and the staff could not possibly be nicer!

"Our room was more than spacious. Neat and clean. Front desk woman was friendly and helpful. We had zero issues. Breakfast was included. Complimentary popcorn too! "

"Huge room due to being accessibility designed, breakfast was decent, although with throwaway plates and utensils it isn’t very environmentally conscious. Location was excellent, in walking distance from a great park with a good playground for kids."

"Staff was all super friendly. Hotel was clean. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety. I have zero complaints about this hotel. Very easy drive to Holiday World, which is why we stayed here. Oh and there’s a nice riverwalk within walking distance of the property. "

"We had a great stay for the most part. The only we really had was the second day we were there we had someone above us that must have had kids because they were running around constantly even in the middle of the night.. "

"Convenient location. Very friendly staff. Nice room. Clean. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Adequate A/C (hottest week of the year.) Pool looked nice. No hot tub. Safe neighborhood. Only went down for breakfast once….enough said. Would recommend. "

"There truly is only one issue. Not only did inpay hotels.com, but then i was required to give them a credit card for incidentals. They put a 100.00 charge against my card. I assumed once the room was checked after checkout the charge would drop off. It didnt. I called and they said it would be 1 to 5 days before it would drop off. This is unacceptable. Now i will have to check daily to make sure charge is reversed. This should be stated on yoir website."

"We were very pleased with our experience. We arrived late in the evening due to road construction along the way. Our hostess was very gracious. We slept well and enjoyed the breakfast containing lots of variety. We stayed 2 nights. We will stay here again.

"We had such an amazing stay here. Our daughter loved the option of having an indoor and outdoor pool. The front lobby is decorated beautifully with Christmas decorations. The breakfast was delicious and we liked how it was served until 10 am. Can't wait to stay here in the future ! "
