"The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for."

"The carpet in our room had a musty smell. It did not feel clean enough to walk without shoes."

"We were given someone else’s room. Thankfully the person had a latch on so we couldn’t get in, but how scary is it that not only were we given a key for someone else’s room, but the front attendant asked me if there was someone in the room when we said we couldn’t get in and the door was latched. The doors that should have been locked on the backside of the building were either not locked or the door just didn’t work. It’s in a weird location as well. "We got in at 11pm at night and was not expecting a motel style stay. The person checking us in was pleasant at the beginning but then quickly made a rude remark to my son. He is 4 and exhausted from being in holiday world all afternoon and didnt say hello. The man then made a comment of, "oh, he's never seen a foreigner before." After getting check in taken care of and getting to our room, the floor was completely soaked. From the front carpet to the tile in the bathroom. It was late enough...

"We at the last minute Booked this Hotel and when you walked in it Smells Wonderful! The Room was very clean, yes normal wear and tear but the bed sheets was clean and the beds was very comfortable! We all got a good nights sleep!! The air works very well as well, we like sleeping in a cold room! Very happy with our stay we will definitely be using them again!!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet provided plenty of excellent choices. While we missed having a refrigerator and microwave in our room, the overall experience was still highly positive."
