"We rented boats from this resort as well. The experience with renting the two boats was absolutely a nightmare. They had us waiting over two hours while they figured out which boats we were able to take out because the original one had maggots and the other one they could not find the registration. We had over 20 people waiting around in the hot sun. On top of all that they did not give us any refund at all or discount. And the both day ended up giving us were too small over capacity so they...

"Prior to booking I did read reviews and they were mixed. I figured the AC issue I read a lot about would have been resolved by now. The AC works in the living room area the best. There are 3 commercial blowers plugged in to help move the air. The bunk room stayed pretty warm. You will need to leave the master bedroom door open for optimal cooling. It's an older boat, it was clean for the most part except the helm had a fair amount of little curled poo from an animal??? Or it was a bunch of dried...

"Very old yacht. Vertical ladders to get onboard and steep stairs throughout. Had electrical/fuse issues so light switches didn’t work, had lamps to use. Very tight spaces - yes, even for a boat/yacht. Had trouble checking in because host had lost phone, was replaced by checkout time. Did have musty odor due to older vessel. Was a nice stay after the hiccups of checking in."

"This entire boat experience was totally awesome. I had never done anything like this before. Daniel The Host was great. I was able to be in contact with Daniel the whole entire time I was there, which was a week. He did a great job of answering all of my questions. Definitely something I would do again, especially with Daniel's boat."

"The houseboat is located in a great marina with a nice place to eat, have a drink, and enjoy a swim. The houseboat is very comfortable and clean. The host has excellent communication. It is only 3 miles away from Duval St but far enough away to be serene."
