"Elevator was not working .. should given priority to fix it"

"They did not have a correct room ready when I arrived and they felt a little unorganized and unprepared, but that was late in the night to be fair. One of the beds had some kind of crumbs on it which makes me feel like the sheets may not have been changed. The room itself was clean though, and everything in the bathroom and such worked. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. I did not swim but the pool seemed nice. Breakfast options were a little limited (qnd only served on weekends) but...

"Stayed there overnight w my kids. No restaurant service nor a bar. The lobby is nothing worth commenting able because it’s almost no existent. Good thing is that the hotel is close to many amenities."

"I always do a walk through and record the room how it is. The carpet seemed still dirty needed to be vacuumed 3rd light was out in bathroom and curtain was hanging a bit probably missing a clip .There wasn't a remote for the TV or any body wash or extra toilet paper but I did call front desk and the gentleman brought everything up to the room. Very fast and nice"

"Other than 1 mishap of not having a shower curtain, it was hastily dealt with and I had a great 2 nights there. Very convenient location near Frost Bank Center and Freeman Expo Hall."
