"Staff was rude, place was ok, hallway were dirty and lobby was so load."

"When we arrive, they couldn’t find the second room I booked and then I asked the book another room. They told me the must book for two days consecutive or they wouldn’t book it for us. After deciding we share a room with the four of us they call back we could have another room for an extra $60 American. I thought I called expedia.ca for help useless finally I rechecked my emails and found both of the rooms out. No apology."

"We enjoyed our stay at The Chicago northwest Marriott last weekend. The hotel was well maintained, though my sister in law complained about water tracking from the pool (it didn’t bother me). I liked the gym ; it was clean and the treadmill was easy to use. The beds and pillows were great, and the lighting bright. Most importantly, the air conditioner worked really well. "Clean, comfortable & well-appointed rooms! The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great & check-in/out was fast and efficient!"

"Hot tub was kind of small. But very hot! Pool was perfect temperature. Breakfast was actually really good. Different options everyday. Room was clean. For the price and amenities, I would definitely stay again when in the area!"

"The room was clean. The noise level from the room above was a bit exessive, but did not last too long. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again in the future if I find myself in the area."
