"The Good hotel is actually two or three floors that are part of a larger residence in Guatemala City. We didn’t realize the concept behind the hotel when we booked, but it is fantastic. The model is simple but powerful: hotel profits help fund social programs, so when guests stay there, their money directly supports local children and families in Guatemala. "The Immaculada Hotel was a bit of a mixed bag for us. The highlight of the stay was the staff, they were extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Some features of the hotel were fun and interesting, although I was never quite sure of the vibe they were going for. The biggest disappointment was the room. Sure the breakfast wasn't 5 star and some parts of the hotel did look a little old, but all in all I felt I got a good deal for my Money and I slept well at night.
