Nogle er ekstremt effektive og flinke, mens andre virker decideret sure og slet ikke imødekommende!!
Jeg havde en dårlig oplevelse med tab af 2000 kr. på grund af en elendig hæveautomat, hvilket var meget frustrerende! Manden og kvinden i receptionen afviste at hjælpe og grinede bare højlydt, da jeg var på vej tilbage til værelset!
Det er simpelthen for dårligt og tordenende...

"We had a great stay at Good Hotel. The room was very small but a super efficient use of the space and just what we needed for one night in Guatemala City. Breakfast at the restaurant was tasty, and the area around the hotel is walkable with lots of shops, cafes and street art. Would stay again!"

"The hotel is a beautiful property with a nice garden/pool area. Our room was spacious, and the decoration was nice. We liked the interior of the hotel with antiques and nice paintings.
The staff was very helpful and nice.

"Ankom kl 24 men alt var låst og slukket. Havde hjælp af lokal taxa chauffør men lige lidt hjalp. Kørte rundt i taxa i en time derefter og måtte tage det eneste ledige til ca 1200 kr.

"Great location and clean bathrooms. I visited in the low season so not over-crowded. Room was warm and there were no windows or option for fresh air, which was fine due to the season but I imagine it can be rough in the warmer seasons.
Staff is nice and friendly. Unfortunately they could not provide keys for the lockers in my room. "
