"The staff was very helpful. IMy room was free, so I had it a couple of hours before checkin. I was on a volcano Tour and even it was after checkout time when I came back, theyd offered me a shower. "Nice old style colonial hotel, with good sized family friendly pool.
Nice and friendly staff even provided us with soap, shampoo and conditioner for 15 month old daughter, nice touch.
Food and drinks are not super expensive but definitely not on the cheap side.
All in all a great experience for us."

"Beautiful hotel. Very kind staff. We loved that we were about to get our laundry done at a small fee, that breakfast was included in our stay, and that they provided turn down service. The hotel is very close to many restaurants, we walked to the office of where our excursions were housed, and so many opportunities to shop and get coffee or ice-cream."
