Slip away to the peaceful beach atmosphere of Holiday Surf and Racquet Club to enjoy mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our 2BR/2BA condo is the perfect home base for your beach getaway. The unit is just steps from the private beach.

Sleeping 7, this clean, spacious and well appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo provides the perfect setting for the vacation of your dreams. Featuring a king bed in the master bedroom, a bunk bed with a twin over queen in the second bedroom and a new sleeper sofa, there is plenty of space for you and your guests.

The condo features tile flooring throughout, a fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances (fall 2023), a large eat-in dining area with dry bar, 2 luxurious bathrooms (master with walk in shower, guest with bath tub).

Enjoy the beauty of the white sand beach from the private balcony with a bar height table and three chairs, and view of the pool, pool deck, tennis/pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, and full private beach.


* Don't forget about the complimentary beach service comprising of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella from March 1 thru October 31.

Property amenities include: outdoor heated pool area, sauna, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffle board, fitness center, meeting room with kitchen, coin or card laundry facilities near the unit, gated entry, and 300 feet of private beach.

Great place!

Wonderful unit and was just as shown! We had a great week!! Only draw back to rent again is no washer and dryer and can only get clean linens and towels on Tuesday and Friday !! The laundry lady was rude and did not wanna give us enough to last until Friday, which was the day we checked out!

We gad a great time here. Beach was beautiful and the beach service is wonderful! We had trouble checking in, there is a gate and if you dont have your gate code yet and the desk was not answering. But rgat was the only problem.

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it! We have had great experiences both times. The location is perfect. We have young kids so we love the idea of just being able to go right up to the room for lunch, etc. we also travel far and it’s nice that the condo comes with beach gear to keep us from having to haul it!! Amazing location!

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo! Our party ranged in age from 22-82, and the condo was perfect for us. My parents both use canes to walk, and had no issues inside the building, condo, elevators, or the walk to the beach. Very clean, comfy furniture, and PERFECT location to get to all of the restaurants we wanted to try! Thank you for your prompt communication, as well!

Our stay at the resort was amazing! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and located perfected. The only thing we did not like was the washer/dryer room. When we would dry towels, they did not seem to get dry enough and were still quite damp. We would have to end up air drying them.

Perfect spot to stay for first timers to Destin. Nice people and very helpful on what to do. Only problem for me was the remote for living room TV. Couldn't get it to just have cable TV. Should have directions for TV operation. To many remotes to deal with Or I should bring my 8 year old grandson next time. But all in all it will not be a deal breaker. We would go back again for sure. Thanks

Great Stay

This was our first vacation as a family of 3. The host was quick to respond to all questions however was not very helpful in accommodating us with our baby rental items. The staff at the resort was very friendly. Location of the condo was ideal, steps away from the ocean and minutes from numerous restaurants. TV was difficult to use in the living room. There was no dishwasher soap or dish soap provided so we had to go out and buy some. While we were there, there was a boil water advisory which was inconvenient especially with an 8 month old. Overall happy with our stay.

A Piece of Paradise

This was the perfect place for our stay in Destin! The views were spectacular and we felt like we were home the moment we walked into the unit! Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Condo on beautiful Destin beach

This is an very nice condo on a quiet part of the beach. Three of us were quite comfortable. It was nicer than the pictures. The building has a heated pool, pickleball and tennis courts. There is a nice view of all of them, and of the gulf. from the balcony. The only reason I rated it 4 stars rather than 5 is that the TV remotes did not work correctly because the batteries needed to be replaced and the Interenet was only working sporadically. This would not have been a serious problem except that it was very cold and we were not able to spend time outside as much as we usually do. The owner was very responsive to our concerns and worked with management to fix the Internet issues. Apparently it was going to take a couple of days. If the Internet is important you may want to check as to whether it has been fixed. Uber is not prevalent in the area so it can be expensive to hire one. Try the Donut Hole for breakfast, only 7 minutes or so away, but go early since there can be long lines to get in. I would stay in this unit again without question.
