Gårdhave åbner op til gården og poolområdet og har en kort gård p�� 75 går til stranden gennem en velplejet gårdhave. For nylig renoveret, har enhed 5 følelsen af stranden hele vejen igennem enheden for at holde dig afslappet under dit ophold! Enheden har en king size seng i soveværelset, 1 fuld seng og 1 enkeltseng i gæstesoveværelset. Sofa er en queen size sovesofa. Der er en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i denne enhed. Denne enhed vil sove op til 7 personer. Ikkeryger.

Condo met all my expectations.

The condo, property and servicing by onsite office was great. No issues or concerns. I enjoyed the property, the pool and awesome beach access. Would stay there again.

Stayed at Emerald Towers but Silver Dunes is better, not as crowded, room much cleaner and elevators much faster and dependable . We will be back!

My husband has some clients at various points along 30A & we usually stay in Santa Rosa, or somewhere along 30A. I haven’t stayed in Destin in over a decade. Our friends have a sense of nostalgia for Silver Dunes & we decided to stay there too this time. I was disappointed with my decision- other than proximity to the boat rental for a day at crab island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 005 was very dirty when we entered. It's a place on the beach so we didn't give it much thought. I would strongly suggest you check for bed bugs in the room that has two beds in it. Our girls stayed in that room and somehow brought the bugs home. We can't say for sure as we never saw any in that unit or bedroom, but never looked either. The overall cleanliness of the space was not what we are used to at Silver Dunes as we've been guests now for several years. I'm checking the box that yes, I would recommend to a friend, but you really need to look into Unit 005.

Reviewer Comments: I booked a condo based on the positive reviews and attractive pictures, but upon arrival, I was sorely disappointed. The unit we were assigned resembled a run-down property, far below acceptable standards. As someone with experience in Section 8 housing, I can confidently say that Unit 36 would not qualify.The carpets in both bedrooms were disgustingly dirty, the bathroom was filthy, and the cabinetry was literally falling apart and rusting. There was a hole in the wall near the entryway, and a light fixture was hanging precariously over the table. The couches had suspicious white stains that made them unapproachable.To the management’s credit, we made our complaint on the first day and moved us to a different unit by the second day. This new unit (unit 004) was clean, but it was furnished with cheap fixtures and bedding. The peel-and-stick backsplash and low-quality laminate flooring, which was already peeling, were clear indicators of corner-cutting.The property grounds were mediocre; while the pool was clean and pleasant, there were numerous maintenance issues across the property that did not reflect the $1,250 monthly HOA fees. The highlight of our stay was the chair rentals, which allowed us to enjoy the beach every day.Overall, we would not book this location again. Our group had rented two 1-bedroom units, two 2-bedroom units, and one 3-bedroom unit. Of these, only the 3-bedroom unit and one of the 2-bedroom units were satisfactory.

We Keep Coming Back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent two weeks in this lovely unit. So happy to see the new flooring and updated bathrooms and fresh paint. Unit needs a new ice maker in the freezer as it quit working twice. The kitchen is well-equipped. Glad to hear that new windows will be going in. Love the convenience to the pool and parking and the beach. Beach service would be a nice bonus added, like many of the units. Very satisfied. Will keep coming back! Making beach memories that will last a lifetime! (Front door could use an extra latch on the inside to use at night for better security. Door doesn't always latch if not pushed hard enough.)

Silver Dunes Condo

Highly recommend this place! Clean, comfortable, everything you need is provided - kitchen, laundry, close proximity to beach, nice pool, and game room of sorts for kids. Would definitely book again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented the same condo at silver dunes for years!! I have never been so upset with a rental company. Silver Dunes used to go out if their way to make their guests feel special, but not anymore. We had a problem with a toilet and they never addressed it. It overflowed and they brought a mop with no bucket or cleaning solution. I was appalled!! They have no cleaning crew on sight and they were so rude about it!! Our days at silver dunes are over I’m sad to say!! I miss George too because the new chair rental guys were so rude!

This is a great place for families. The resort is older and nestled between newer high rise resorts. I liked the quaintness. It is small and quite. However the unit I rented could use some updating and new funiture. The funiture was older and worn. The mattress in the master suite needs to be replaced. The carpet throughout was also worn. It needed a deep clean. I would consider staying here again, but in a different unit.

Social Distancing at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 5 is always clean and comfortable and one of our favorites to stay in. We had two security issues this time. When we arrived after midnight and upon getting ready for bed, we found that the sliding door in the bedroom was not closed all the way. Housekeeping must have forgotten to lock it. The second issue was a grounds worker was watching in the kitchen window when my daughter was making coffee one morning.She wasn't sure how long he had been there, but long enough to make her feel very uncomfortable. Safety has never been an issue for us at Silver Dunes. Really appreciate how clean the property is, love the new pool furniture, and got along great with the new beach service. With the COVID-19 issue, it was good to be social distancing at the beach.

All 10 condos were great, everyone loved the pool and the large play area. Of course, the white sand beach was the highlight and George did a fantastic job for our family! We would highly recommend Silver Dunes!!
