The condo pictured is our 16th floor incredible gulf and and city view from our living room and every room in the condo. Freshly updated with a new suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances, new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the master bedroom, renovated shower with glass doors, additional new furniture and a 65" Smart TV in the living room. The balcony has a walkout from both the bedroom and the living room with a large bar height table and chairs. This is the more spacious 1 bedroom unit in the complex that does not have the AC unit on the balcony so all you hear is the waves breaking on the shore. It features a brand new (2026) memory foam king size bed along with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors connecting to the balcony, overlooking the west gulf view of miles of beautiful beach, the City of Destin, Destin Harbor, Crab Island, and the Destin bridge.

The unit is ablaze at night with the beautiful lights of the city and the beauty and sounds of the surf at the same time! Watch the dolphins frolic in the surf from inside your condo and still enjoy the allure of the city lights at night.

"On the Beach" and is centrally located in the heart of beautiful downtown Destin. Within a few block you will find amusement parks, restaurants, fast food, fine dining, and everything in between. Great night life, countless malls and some of Destin's most famous restaurants are only 1 to 10 minutes away.

Watch the harbor fireworks from your living room, balcony, or bedroom, when available, unsurpassed views of the breath-taking Gulf of Mexico and fantastic sunsets at the beach or directly from the 16th floor.

The unit features 2 flat screen smart tvs, a walk-out floor to ceiling glass balcony from the living room as well as the bedroom, a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, 2 separate 1/2 baths that adjoin a separate full size shower/tub with glass doors in a separate room. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen with both a drip and K-cup style coffee makers. The window view from the kitchen is the eastern view of the beautiful city of Destin, the Choctawhatchee Bay, and the Mid-Bay bridge. For those who also need to stay in touch with work, a desk with a 27" computer monitor is also available in the unit for use with your laptop. Camp chairs for the beach, beach bags and coolers are there and ready for your use.

Guest will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee for late check out as cleaning staff is independent of the resorts housekeeping team, and have to travel offsite to other assignments.

NON SMOKING/VAPING ROOM - A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking/vaping in the room or the balcony.

PLEASE NOTE: Minimum stay of 2 nights is required without prior approval, holiday periods require a 3 night or longer stay. The indoor pool shown in the pictures is being upgraded in the fall of 2026 and has had the roof removed. The pool is heated but will not be covered for the 2026 season.
