This beautiful beachfront condominium offers 650 feet of private beach access, located in the heart of Destin’s Holiday Isle. The Crane’s Nest is part of a low-rise, gated community—a safe, comfortable, and relaxing retreat ideal for families.

Enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from every floor of the condo. Start your mornings with coffee as the sun rises and end your day with a glass of wine while the sun sets over the water. The main balcony overlooks the beautifully maintained pool and landscaping.

On-site amenities include a gazebo (roped off currently for future demo) with three grills (sign-up sheet available, first-come, first-served). Guests are allowed to park up to two vehicles. Please note: pets are not permitted during your stay.

Inside the Crane’s Nest
As you enter, there’s a convenient area to store coolers, beach toys, flip-flops, and towels.

Each room is designed to make you feel right at home—your personal retreat by the sea.

First Floor
Family Room: Features a large sectional sofa and a Smart TV with cable—perfect for relaxing and catching up on your favorite shows.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you need to prepare anything from a quick lunch to a full dinner. Seating includes a bar for 4 and a dining table for 6.

Half Bath: Conveniently located on this floor for quick access after beach time or lounging.

Extras: A basket of (6) beach towels and a bin of toys available for your use.

Second Floor
This level offers two primary en-suite bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: A king-sized bed with nautical decor, plenty of closet and luggage space, and a large window with Gulf views.

Bedroom 2: A queen-sized bed, two closets, and cable TV—perfect for winding down after a fun-filled day.

Also on this floor:

Washer & Dryer: For your convenience.

Bookshelf: Browse a small collection to enjoy while relaxing in the sand.

Third Floor
Head “down under” (or up, in this case!) to the top floor retreat:

Two queen beds, an oversized chair with ottoman, and a flat-screen cable TV.

Full bathroom and independent air conditioning unit for added comfort.

Large windows with panoramic Gulf views make this a favorite hideaway.
