SEAS DAGEN, dit lykkelige sted! 208- Destin Seafarer

Velkommen til denne smukke tre etagers lejlighedskompleks beliggende direkte på Mexicogolfen. Gå lige ud af din dør og gå til den smukke strand. Du vil have din egen private strand, som aldrig er overfyldt som den anden højhuslejlighed i området. Og du vil have to strandstole og en paraply venter på din personlige brug hver morgen i sommermånederne. Tag elevatoren til denne to-etagers hems med flise og gulvtæppe. Denne rummelige lejlighed har 2 soveværelser med king size senge og 2 badeværelser. Fra stue / spisestue har du en flot udsigt over strandene fra din private balkon med udsigt over den skimrende Mexicanske Golf. I stuen er der også sovesofa til din brug. Ovenpå åbner soveværelset ud til en anden balkon. Førerskibet åbner også ud til en privat balkon med udsigt over byen. Du har din egen vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i lejligheden, gratis WIFI og et fuldt udstyret opdateret køkken. Kom og lege i den opvarmede pool og boblebadet på stranden eller gå ud på en af de smukkeste strande i verden.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs a total update. Built in 1984 and nothing has been updated. Old appliances, old bathrooms, old kitchen cabinets, broken patio furniture, nasty rugs, spinning faucet in kitchen. I could go on, but I think you get the picture.

The beach is not crowded because of the limited rooms in the condo. The staff is very accommodating and extremely nice! Great value!!!

Great View Of The Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We and our family loved staying in Room 208 at Seafarer. We loved the views of the beach from the living room and balconies. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful, as well as the young man who set up our beach chairs by 7 am. The Seafarer was also conveniently located to restaurants and shopping centers. The only recommendations we would like to make to Room 208 would be to replace the window blind and add curtains to the front bedroom to shield the hallway light at night, and replace the rocking recliner in the living room and upstairs balcony furniture, which were in somewhat fair condition.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in unit 208. Needs to be completely updated. Old kitchen appliances and poorly equipped. Master bathroom needs renovation, garden bathtub that has chips in it. If renting this unit to snowbirds they should be told there’s no walk in shower. Rugs in bedrooms and stairs are old and dirty. I am highly disappointed that the owners have no pride of ownership in a property with a great location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to this property for over a decade. Typically, the condos are very well maintained. The views are unbeatable with an ocean view from the main room and master bedroom. The beach simply can’t be beat! But, 208 had numerous things that were either broken or about to break. Kitchen table was very unstable (a maintenance man came and tightened the screws) and it was better...but just not solid. Drawers in downstairs bath were broken. Kitchen sink fixture about to fall off. The trash in the parking garage was left on a cart for over 3 days (which I am sure was left by a guest). Will return, but not in that particular unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Destin! We love the Seafarer! But, this unit needs quiet a bit of work and updating. Garbage disposal did not work and the water faucet would spin around and was not on tight. Downstairs bathroom tub did not drain well and the toilet paper handle fell off the wall. The mattress in the downstairs bathroom needs replacing and the air does not flow well in that room. The entire place needs updating and a deep cleaning.

We loved that it’s a smaller complex therefore the beach wasn’t crowded at all. The fact that you get 2 beach chairs with your rental was a huge added bonus! The staff was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely LOVED the location of the rental and how close it was to both the beautiful water and to restaurants and stores! Seafarer #208 was great with it being on the 2nd and 3rd floor. It had awesome views from both decks. My only complaint would be that I wished they had better furniture on both decks. I personally like the high top table and chairs where you can see over the handrail. But that is minor. We were very happy to see the separate air conditioner unit in the upstairs bedroom since we were traveling with another couple that aren't as "warm blooded" as us! Check in and check out were quick and easy. Staff was great! I think the best part though is that it is a 3 story building with fewer people on the beach instead of the big high rise where the beach is so crowded. I would definitely love to stay at The Seafarer again!

Quick weekend trip

Looks like lots of water damage on the wall. Other than that, I would give it all 5’s. Would love to stay again.
