We loved the condo. The balcony view was amazing and we enjoyed the short distance to the beautiful beach.. most definitely would recommend

The property gave what it listed. Beach view, space, and a little bit of home.The entire building and staff were great, we had an a/c issue but was fixed in less then 8 hrs, having to replace an entire thermostat. I was pleased with how quick they took care of it.

Great getaway!

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was as stated in the listing with easy access to the beach and pool! The complimentary beach service was a great bonus!

Great Place and Location

Perfect beach location! Directly on gorgeous area of the beach. So many fun activities for families. Fun family atmosphere!

Great Family Spot

Our 3 boys had a great time between the pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and beach. We loved the property.

Not far from the beach, beach chairs included. Also was able to rent dvds and order takeout when needed! Not far from shopping and restaurants great location

Girls Birthday Trip

Our group of girls came to Destin to celebrate our 2022 birthdays and it did not disappoint! Our condo was perfect. It was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The staff was so friendly and accommodating!

Ended up being just my son and I for a baseball tournament so we had plenty of room. The condo was clean and well run. It was a little far from the elevator but right next to the stairs so it was an easy trip up and down to the beach, pool, parking lot, etc. I'd recommend this condo and Holiday to those looking in the Destin area.

An experience

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming for the past 25 to 30 years. Very disappointed this trip. Stayed in 301 at least three times in past five or six years. We reported. filthy sofa, DVR not connected in master bedroom, dead bugs in bowl in kitchen, dirty sheets, possible dried blood in master bedroom sheets. washer dryer worked part time. dirty towels and dirty dishes left from prior renters. These complaints were written up by Front Desk. But no repairs at all we’re done while we were there. Very disappointed. This unit is in severe need of updates , repairs, and cleaning. It would be very hard to refer anyone to the unit that we stayed in until it has the needed updates and cleaning and repairs . The staff was absolutely fantastic. All employees were fantastic.. In all of these years, I have never had any complaints on this property. But feel this needs to be addressed. And certainly was not worth the expense that this we paid for this property .

We enjoyed the stay, and the condo had a beautiful view. It was very clean, but it does need new mattresses. They were very uncomfortable. Overall, everything in the unit worked, and I would recommend it.

Well located

Love the view of course, the condo was nice and clean. There were some crackers and dirty under the TV furniture. Couple of the dinning chairs were wobbly. But overall it was great!

We also liked how quite it was in the evenings. we were there for Spring Break, so it was nice that the pool was heated and the boys setting up the beach chairs and umbrellas rocked it!
