Sterling Shores is currently undergoing a beautification project focused on enhancing all balconies and walkways. Renovations are taking place Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Starting after Labor Day, guests may notice construction and dust during work hours. The balcony for this unit will be closed from October 6 through December 1, 2025, for upgrades. You’ll still be able to enjoy the views through the windows, but the balcony itself will not be accessible during this time. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the property.
