Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #603 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 6th floor of the Breakers East on the beach.

Spectacular beachfront views from spacious 30 ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room.
Complimentary WIFI

Features:
Master bedroom -king size bed. 55 inch Smart TV. Master bathroom has remodeled walk in shower.
Second bedroom has two queen size beds. 55 inch smart TV.
Living room 60 inch smart TV.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Full size washer and dryer in unit.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $50.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Protection is mandatory.
Options:
(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable one-time purchase)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their
designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Checkout:10 am central time

It was an absolutely perfect week!This condo is amazing !!! It is just as beautiful in person as the pictures onlineAll 4 adults in our family lives the condo and are planning on coming back next year!!! It is so close to the beach and has the best patio of any condo we have stayed in. Our favorite part was breakfast every morning on the porch! The communication from the ow er was great! I highly recommend for you to stay here if coming to Destin!!!We had the best vacation!

The Condo was clean, comfortable furniture, and a great view! The check in process was easy, especially with the agent reaching out in advance to ask about number of cars etc... The beach was not overly crowded due to the lower density nature of this complex which is perfect for me! We will definitely be back.

This was a great place to stay for our quick trip to Destin. The view of the ocean from the patio was spectacular. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked for anything we may have needed for cooking. The private access to the beach was so close and very convenient. There was always plenty of parking. Having reserved beach chairs and umbrella just for staying there was also a nice addition. It was a great location. I would stay here again if/when I go back to Destin.

Took my in-laws down to the beach. They loved it. It wasn’t overly crowded and getting in and out of the property was easier than they expected. And being only a few minutes from anywhere they wanted to visit/see was a huge bonus for me. Would definitely recommend this place

my second time coming and it’s always a blast! It’s the cleanest area for the beach that they have in Destin! Condos are so pretty and full equipped! Very family friendly! Quiet and peaceful! There’s always workers on-site cleaning and making sure the place is just right!

I took my family to Destin for Thanksgiving and we had an excellent time. The communication with the host was professional and access was made easy. The condo was very spacious, and very clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony, and the kitchen had all the necessities that made cooking on Thanksgiving easy. We will definitely return.

Our stay was excellent! The condo was exactly as listed, nicely remodeled and very clean! We enjoyed the beach and pool every day along with the balcony. They allowed for early checkin, which was very convenient. There were two chairs that came with the condo. We just added 2 with the company. Recommend this for a family trip! Lots of room but still all under one roof.

This condominium and location is an excellent place to take your family on vacation. The apartment is so nice and clean and they have everything you need to stay in and cook meals if you want. It's location to the beach is also great, as my elderly Mom had no issues getting out to the beach either. The property manager was also very easy to deal with as she rectified a small issue we had when we checked-in, and that is only why I didn't give it a perfect score, otherwise, it would have been the perfect vacation. So I would highly recommend this apartment and location to any of my friends without hesitation!
