**The Sterling Shores building will be undergoing a building renovation beginning June 2025 to January 2026. There will be noise and dust during construction hours (typically from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily M-F with makeup days on weekends). Please do not book this beach condo if the noise will bother you. The rates have been discounted to reflect the inconvenience.**

** The Lagoon Pool will be closed through 1/1/26 (subject to change due to weather delays) for resurfacing. Please check with us about opening dates! The beach pool will remain open during this time. **

SPECIAL WEEKLY RATE FOR WINTER (effective 11/1/25 – 2/28/26) - $450.00 (+ $25.00/night for more than 2 guests), plus taxes, resort fees, damage waiver & cleaning (except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Martin Luther King and President's Day holidays).

- Beautiful, renovated kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with all quality items plus quartz counters and a washer/dryer
- Large dining space for the entire family to enjoy beach meals together
- 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter

PLAY
- Large Gulf front balcony is the perfect perch for your morning coffee, watch the dolphins play, or just relax in the sun featuring bar height furniture for the best beach and Gulf views! Enjoy a nap or read a book in the large papasan swing!
- Grill area for meals at home
- 2 swimming pools and private beach access point. The main resort has a 4,300 sf lagoon style pool with mushroom spray fountain – all surrounded by lush and tropical landscaping.
-The Beach Club has a seasonally heated Gulf front pool plus seasonal food and beverage service
- Large fitness center and grilling area
- Our gated location is in the heart of Destin with easy access to many restaurants, shopping, Big Kahunas Waterpark and the Track Amusement Park. Walk across the street to the popular restaurant “The Back Porch” and other local favorites!
- Please note that Sterling Shores is a non-smoking property, including all tobacco products, vaping and marijuana.

- We provide starter supplies of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, and trash bags. Once this supply runs out, you will need to purchase additional supplies.

- PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.

The Beach Stays Vacation team is a boutique hosting team - we are passionate about delivering a great guest experience alongside a sparkling clean and well-maintained property, and to help our guests have the dream vacation they have worked and saved for!

Our team is excited to welcome you to the beach! We are here for you to answer any questions or to help you choose the perfect property, just ask. RULES
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes.
• Photos include staging before professional photography.
• Wristbands are required for all guests to use the amenities. We leave 5 wristbands in the condo for you. If you damage or lose a wristband, the replacement cost is $25/each. Your care and attention is appreciated.

*Departure instructions: We don't believe in long chore lists for our guests - you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
