  • Denne stueetagen lejlighed beliggende direkte på de smukke strande i den Mexicanske Golf har flot udsigt og din egen terrasse, så du kan gå lige ud til den hvide sandstrand! På 840 kvadratmeter, vil du nyde 1 soveværelse, sammen med en hall bunk alkove og 2 badeværelser. Denne smukke condo vil sove op til 6 personer.

    Det har tæppe og flise gennem lejligheden og en stue / spisestue med udsigt lige ud til din terrasse. Det fuldt udstyrede, opdaterede køkken med granit bordplader vil være en fornøjelse at underholde i. Dette Condo har også en vaskemaskine / tørretumbler til din bekvemmelighed. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize seng og der er en dronning sovesofa i stuen. Så kom og slappe af og nyd denne strandpromenade, der også byder på en opvarmet Beach Side-swimmingpool, et jacuzzi og et gasgrillareal til din brug.

Beautiful walkout to beach, pool, or hot tub. Literally just feet away

Easy check in process, clean well maintained unit. Very quiet all day and night outside on the balconies. Perfect stay. Would go back anytime

Very nice condo

The condo is great. It has been recently remodeled and they did a great job. Plenty of room for our family of four. My teens loved the bunk beds and we all loved the fact that there were two full bathrooms. My wife loved the washer and dryer in the master bathroom. The condo is on the first floor and you can be at the pool or on the beach in seconds. My only complaint is that the unit is right next to the hallway that all the 2nd and 3rd floor units use to access the pool and beach, as well as the enclosure with the hot tub, so there is lots of foot traffic around the patio.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love location. Cleaning crew should do better and finding issues and having maintenance fix in between customers. We found bar stool broken, coffee table kegs super wobbly, safe locked, light bulbs out, drawer in kitchen jammed shut, dirty dishes in cabinets where people obviously didn’t rinse dishes before putting in dishwasher, etc..,, had to rewatch a bunch of dishes before we could use them - gross stuck on food.

Our room was right next to the gate that lets you through and that was a little loud at times but otherwise we loved our room. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is a beautiful condo and accommodations for this condo are excellent.Only downside is the master bedroom being right next to the gate when people are entering and leaving the beach early in the morning.

Reviewer Comments: The unit needs new toaster and the microwave needs to be replaced it looks like it’s been repaired in the past, but when you pulled the door open the handle pops off. I would also suggest putting a pad of some type on the shared gate outside the unit near the master suite, every time someone goes in or out the gate slams and you can hear it clearly if you’re in the master suite definitely woke us up a few times . The location in my opinion is perfect! The pool is very nice and clean.We would definitely stay at Destin Beach Club again , just might try a different unit.

Beautiful Condo 110

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part the condo was perfect, with the exception of some of the furniture pieces. The bed sits in a huge wooden frame that sticks out way past the mattress. It takes ups most of the room. As soon as I saw it, I said some one is going to hurt their leg on the corner of the footboard. One hour later, my husband comes down the hall with blood streaming down his leg after hitting the corner of the bed. This bed frame is a very poor choice for a rental. The coffee table's size wasn't practical. You have to move it out of the way to pull the couch bed out. The coffee table is huge, heavy, and clunky. I didn't pull out the couch bed for this reason. I will say the couch itself (without pulling the bed part out) slept very well. It was one of the most comfortable couches I've slept on. The furniture pieces are pretty, but not practical or safe for a rental property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was a ground-level unit near the pool and hot tub. It was clean, bright, and tastefully decorated. We had all of the amenities we needed. Unfortunately we had rude next-door neighbors in unit 111 who smoked constantly near our front door sitting at the BBQ grill area using it as their personal smoking area, and same for the back patio area near our sliding glass door. Almost every night they pointed a stereo at our sliding glass door and turned up the volume full tilt for hours at a time blasting music. I'm surprised the management office did absolutely nothing about it considering they are there until 11 p.m.

Walk out to the beach!

Unit was clean upon arrival and parking was easy. There were 2 coffee pot kits, 2 bars of soap, 2 dishwasher packs, 1 laundry soap, TP, paper towels, bath towels and 2 beach chairs. No salt, pepper, oil or dish soap. Our family loved it! The patio was not very private as it’s so close to the beach access and hot tub. Hot tub was a little weird in the closed off building.

Our Annual May Get-A-Way

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Destin for about 23 years and, for the most part, have had unit #110. We love the location and the staff is always helpful right down to the maintenance men. We had someone with us that's never been to Destin. He absolutely loved it and is ready to do it again next year. Did parasailing, helicopter ride, fed the alligators, held a baby alligator, and just enjoyed walking or sitting on the beach. I would definitely recommend DBC to anyone.

First Destin Vacation Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife Nina had a wonderful time! So much so that before we left we reserved the same week and same unit for 2022. There were a number of activities we did not get to in just a weeks time as we wanted a lot of relaxing beach time as well as some of the more engaging and physical experiences. I think the balance between the two worked out well but left us missing some of the items on our list of fun!

Spring Break 2021

Pictures reflect condo. Amazing hardworking staff. Great beach location. Condo was clean and orderly. Suggest having a broom available in condo to be able to sweep out the sand on porch and in condo. Will stay here again for sure!
