"Perfectly sized apartment for 2 with a killer view & balcony to the west! Everything was close by car, the city center, beaches, parks, shops. The Beach House restaurant just down the hill had great food and drinks and live entertainment. Great week there!"

"Everything was wonderful! The complex is very close to the beach and the other people who live there are so friendly! There is a big common space for grilling. We loved Rincon and staying at Jennifer's condo! "

"Perfect for two people, good location, the next door neighbor was kind of loud at night, but it was alright! the power went out when we first got there, but the host was super helpful and offered to pay for an electric fan if we could find one. my only thing is that it was a little small for four people, so definitely would say two or three is the max for this spot! but thanks so much Jhazmin !"

"Very impressed with our place. Very clean and comfy. Love the little porch over looking the water. Plenty of towels for bath and beach. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was a bit of a pain was hard to find the number. Besides that we had a great vacation and loved our place. "
