"Overall a great resort. I dont think that any place in Fiji, including this hotel, is going to win the world cup in organizational skills. So dont expect perfection. But they fully compensate for this by great service and extremely helpful, kind, and child-friendly. The staff is always there to help and will happily stop whatever they are doing to talk to the kids. Pools seems to be naturally heated only but this is fine for the Fiji climate - even for our 2-year old who enjoyed the nice kids...

"Great unit with ample space and good facilities. As everywhere in Fiji, the staff was super kind and helpful. Note that the resort is stretched out along the coast. So you have to factor in time for walking or using the complimentary shuttle microbus or golf cart transfers. Only issues: our unit was on the ground floor and had a lot cockroaches. Mostly small, but they kept coming. Also, because we were there in the humid season (early April), the aircondition led to wet floors due to...

"I would not recommend anyone to book or stay in this resort.
They tried to rip me off for all the bills like meals and drink.
I went for inquiring breakfast, told me breakfast time is over while actually it closes at nine am.
On arguing, they accepted that I was right and allowed me.
I felt the Fijian native staff were racist towards Indian orgin people.
I will never use this resort.
I am totally dissatisfied with the resort and Expedia should remove from their booking website."
