"The property was exactly as listed. It was cozy, clean, quiet, and comfortable. My wife and I will definitely stay again when we return to the area. Also, side note Pro Tip: Check out the restaurant Magpie. We got a take out pizza from there. 3 veggies and 1 meat for a total of 16 bucks! It was tasty and big enough for the two of us. "

"This house was the perfect get away house for out family! The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked! We had wonderful large family dinners and enjoyed heading into town for meals and fun too. We had the best hikes with are wonderful dog that we got to include, it was a very special week. Great location and the most peaceful and amazing views from the deck and the dock. Would stay here again for sure! Thank you for sharing your home."

"It was the short weekend runaway we needed and were looking forward to. It's a quick ride to Pittsfield but we decided to cross the border to Manchester, VT. The place was as described, quiet, clean, secluded but easy to find. The Lake was fantastic but, due to weather, decided against taking the kayaks out. Perhaps next time. Thanks to Rich for being a great and gracious host!"

"The house was clean, well decorated and stocked. A all around. Only downside, the info stated there was a hot tub but there was not a hot tub. Also i tried messaging Rose and i didnt get a response. Not sure if thats an app issue or not. Otherwise, I'd stay here again if needed "

"This property is AMAZING! It is in a circa 1820 house with all the associated charm. My friends and I were attending a dog show in West Springfield. This was close enough for a short drive to the venue, but remote enough to provide all the peace and quiet you need. The owners are extremely accommodating with dogs. Those that show dogs truly appreciate this and it made for a fantastic experience. The dogs loved it too! If back again, I will definitely look to book the house again. "

"My friends and I had the most beautiful rainy weekend here to celebrate my 40th birthday. The spot was perfect for the 5 of us and the river was such a wonderful bonus to our peaceful trip!"

"It really is a barn and beautifully furnished with nice quality design and care. The third bedroom is pretty open to the living room but great for kids!"

"Our long weekend in the Berkshires was perfect and this house made it possible. We were a multi-generational family staying with young children and the house was set up wonderfully for our party. We were able to enjoy spending time together in the cozy and welcoming living room, play games and enjoy the spectacular grounds. My two daughters were in love with the backyard and we had so much fun exploring and sitting around the fire. The kitchen was well equipped to cook in and the rooms were...
