"The property is off site and you MUST read all information or check in will be very challenging. Staff member I spoke with was great - but this is an off site property and I wasn’t aware (my fault). In a neighborhood that looks a little sketchy….."

"The inside of the apartment was clean. The bed was amazing and hot water was adequate. The price I paid was fair for the room. The only issues were that the living room is massive with only 2 uncomfortable manual recliners in the middle of the room for seating. A love seat would be ideal. And on the 2nd or 3rd day the television stopped working out of the blue. I tried to turn it on and the screen just remained black. I called Frank at the number I used to speak to him for billing and I left a...

"This is a guesthouse next to the owner's house. They were so nice prior to arrival. It is so quiet and you'd never k ow the owners are there. The guesthouse has 2 rooms, and a kitchen- fully stocked. It is so clean and stocked with toiletries. The washer/dryer were a huge plus. We stayed the weekend for my son's soccer tournament and it was perfect. We will definitely stay here again. It can easily fit up to 5 people."

"I would most definitely stay in this quaint and charming loft again."

"Great location, updated rooms, very nice and clean! Really enjoyed our stay"

"My son loved fishing off the dock.I loved that it was a quiet little place to relax, The place was clean & had everything I needed for a weekend stay"

"Perfect stay, we were 3 days late due to a crisis with 1 of our pets traveling with us and hosts were kind enough to extend our stay for 2 addl days"

"Cute place in a great location! Accurate listing, clean, and easy place to relax."

"Pros..Bed and pillows were super comfortable! Nice amentities like tiki bar, outside pool, and arcade center. Good facility, with boat docking and a restraunt. Cons... shower and sink in the room had a very hard time draining. I did not say anything because i checked in super late and when i checked out at 4am there was no one at the front desk to tell. Towels were in a drawer by the sink that i had no clue about. They had very small towes hanging up by the shower so i thought that was all they...

"OMG! How impressive was our experience there for a last second planning to get away!! Thank you so much for the opportunity to see more of Largo and IRB. From the sheer size and plentitude of accomodations of "The Sweet", to the hospitality given through the week. We cannot wait to come back, and perhaps check out the other options with "The Cottage", "The Estate, or The Big House"!!"

"Great location for walking to beach and local restaurants. Prefect size for my family of four."

"Beautiful property, very close to the beach. Clean, charming, and we had everything we needed. Lisa was wonderful to work with. The property listing was spot on and the details in emails received after booking were very helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quiet get away with a beautiful beach!"

"I’ve stayed here twice and I just love it!"
