"We loved our stay! The property is walking distance to the beach with a very nice bike path all the way there. There are also several business just around the corner - ice cream shop, breakfast, souvenir store, restaurant. We loved it. The cottage was spacious and the AC was very effective. The shower is small, but you can see that from the listing pictures. It was close to everything and we thought great value for the price. Would definitely stay again!"

"It's not on the beach. It's near to the beach, but not on the island and you need to drive to get to the beach. The owner came to the rental while we were out, which was a bit creepy. They just emptied the recyclable garbage, but it was weird that someone had been there while we were gone. There was a bathroom light out that didn't get changed, and the sheets were upside down and I had to remake the bed. It was clean and newly remodeled. There is no stove or oven, and no dishwasher. "The location of this cottage is perfect for great restaurants, hiking, kayaking, biking, and beach going. The cottage itself is fully equipped, has a wonderfully powerful shower, and is very cozy and comfortable. The screened in porch is great, any time of day or night. The river is a 2-minute walk, at most, and there is a very inviting deck there for customer use. We sat there every day/evening, at least once. Communication with the owner was never an issue. We are planning on returning...

Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. "Property was clean and only issue we had was the ac in the living room made a very loud strange noise to which we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Overall host and property were up to par. Property manager responded quickly and advised they would get it checked out asap. "
