"Attending the Cannes FF is always chaotic and Fragonard 5 studio was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. The owner was very responsive as was the property manager. Centrally located on the Rue d'antibes in a secure, clean and modern building with an elevator, the studio was perfectly appointed with a washer, a good air conditioner, a comfy sofa bed and large balcony with a lovely view. I had an issue using the washing machine and immediately the property manager responded to me via text and offered to come...

"Very well-located between the main parts of the Quai des États Unis and the Promenade des Anglais. I would say the property was as described/pictured. The windows open on the central courtyard that gives lots of natural light (and keeps out the street noise on the other side from the Quai des EU). Lots of detailed information is provided on how to operate everything. There are also lots of reminders/rules posted about noise, towels, garbage, cleaning, etc. Sheets and towels provided were...

"The apartment was spacious and at the edge of the very touristy old city so we could easily access nearby areas. It was pleasant and had everything we needed plus the property managers were available for questions and advice. It was very loud at night so earplugs are a must but I’d recommend this property to anyone."
