"Wonderful stay! Bed was SO comfortable and we LOVED the horses/dogs. Thank you!"

"The room was cooled by wondow AC and bed/pillows comfortable. It was a holiday weekend, so kids in pool couldn’t use it too mich. The bicycles were not usable (rusty chains & flt tires). Game room was a nice screened sitting area. Parking was outside the unit l."

"Great location for Crystal River and Homassassa! The home was clean and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. We had multiple families going so we rented a golf cart from the park, definitely recommend in that case."

"This is a quaint cottage which means it is small. However for two people more than adequate for our weeklong stay. Check out the historical aspects of Brooksville. Very convenient to everything. The only problem was the double bed. Too small for two people. Watch the step going into the sleeping/bath area. The extra sunporch allowed us to spread our belongings. could use some cute curtains at windows. Perfect for single professional looking for privacy."

"So clean and much bigger then I thought it would be, enjoyed all the beautiful flowers and walking in historic homes on nearby streets. I would recommend staying here"

"Our stay was too short.. Loved the cabin in the woods. Highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was absolutely charming, very clean, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the space nice and cool, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was peaceful and quiet, yet only minutes from the marina. There was also plenty of room to park our boat, which was a huge plus. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again."

"Host was very responsive to a very minor issue. Clean and cute little community that we could walk even in the Florida July heat."

"This is definitely the place to stay. The host is attentive and the house is fully stocked with everything you could need. The fishing was so much fun. The neighbors are so friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. Great VRBO rental 10/10"

"The house was very clean and comfy had all the necessities we needed lovely outdoor area to sit and look at the water close to The manatee dive and tour. Beds were super comfy great stay will definitely come back again"

"It was OK. I can’t give it any more than a two star. There was no microwave. There was no toaster. There was one frying pan small to cook our breakfast in. It was one hand towel in each bathroom and just a few towels in the whole place. There was no washing machine just a dryer to clean this kind of could’ve been a little bit better the refrigerator was dirty. There was leftover food in there that could’ve been thrown out. The workout room consist of a punching bag and a small trampoline which...
