Værelser er triste og nedslidte. Aircondition er gammel og larmer konstant.
Pool er væsentlig mindre end det forekommer på billederne.

"Perfect cabin for a quiet getaway near the springs. The location was remote enough to get the outdoor glamping experience but close enough to stores and a few restaurants. Courteous check in and although small space, felt like you had plenty of room to move around. "

"Vi ankommer til stedet og får anvist vores værelse som vi kommer ind på og det er helt beskidt og på ingen måde rengjort.
Efter en snak med dem får vi anvist et nyt værelse som ikke har køleskab og rengøringen halter stadig. Derudover var der et håndklæde på værelset og da vi gik i receptionen og spurgte efter flere håndklæder fik vi bare af vide de ikke havde adgang til dem og vi kunne få nogen dagen efter af rengøringspersonalet. Der manglede køleskab på værelset selvom det stod i...

"Location for vacation destination was great, breakfast was best I’ve had at a hotel in a very long time! Local staff on hand was pleasant and helpful, Beth at front desk was very friendly and Charmaine managing the breakfast was lovely :)"

"We had an amazing 3 night stay. All staff were all helpful and polite. Our room was big, clean and fully equipped.
John the breakfast guy is amazing. Always checked on everyone to see if we needed anything and if the food was good. Daily, included breakfast was delicious. The only thing is the hash brown that I thought was a little plain and dry.
I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to Port Richey!"

"The price was good. I have sensitive skin so I was itchy when resting. The mattresses are new so I think that maybe the sheets are washed with cheap laundry detergent. Our tv was out of order in room 113, so we were moved to room 109. The manager was nice when we got to the hotel at 3 am Sat. The pool and trees, shrubs are well maintained. The housekeepers and construction crew were working very hard on the property. I wish the bathtubs were refurbished/redone bec the stains scratch marks...

They were all so nice and friendly that morning. Only recommendation I have is to do some renovations. The place is looking old. But overall great stay"
